I will send you five questionnaires. Fill them out, don’t overthink them, and when they come back to me, we will schedule a time to go over them. It takes about an hour to fill them out or a little less and our debrief will be somewhere around 4 hours. This goes into your motivators, your worldview, your biases, and is way beyond any other DISC or personality graph you have ever had.
